**WEB SITE REGISTRATION AND LOG IN: Some of the content on this site is restricted to registered residents only. To register, click "register" link in upper right corner of site and follow on screen directions. Please note that validation of your account make take up to 24 hours. Once validated, you will have access to resident only pages. Check the "Remember Me" box for automatic log in each time you visit the site. Failure to log in is the most common reason for not being able to see site content. Willowridgehoa.org is the preferred method of communication for all Willow Ridge homeowners.

BOARD MEETINGS: Board meetings are held once a quarter. Location rotates between Board Members personal residences. Check the Community Calendar for approved dates/times. Community members are welcome! In order to estimate number of attendees, please RSVP on the Community Calendar.

BOARD MEETING MINUTES: Meeting minutes are posted in the HOA Documents section of the Website.

CONSTRUCTION: If you are planning an external modification or construction on your home, you must contact the HOA Board for pre-approval. This includes siding, stone, deck modifications, fencing, roofing and additions. Please use the Architectural Improvement Request Form on the website.

DUES: Annual dues of $225 (per lot) are paid on January 1st. Credit Card and ACH options are available online. Find more info on the Dues page.

RESIDENT DIRECTORY: The resident directory lists all those residents who have chosen to have their information listed in the directory. This is turned on by default. If you would like to limit what is displayed, or not display your information at all, please go to your account settings and adjust your privacy settings. The directory is only accessible by registered Willow Ridge residents.

SNOW REMOVAL: Snow removal happens after a storm ends, and we have an accumulation of 3" or more. Multiple clearings may be necessary for excessive snowfalls.

TRASH: Trash and recycle pick up depends on the service provider you have chosen. If there is a holiday during the week, pick up will be delayed one day.
